This walk introduces you to the sites in Vienna’s 9th district that shaped the life and work of Sigmund Freud for over 40 years. Along the way, you’ll encounter Freud the pioneering scientist – founder of psychoanalysis – as well as the devoted family man. We’ll also paint a vivid picture of early 20th-century Vienna and conclude at one of Freud’s favorite cafés.
